The only way to deal with Mental stress is to NEGLECT. But how do we do it? Let's understand this through a story. Once Gaur Gopal Das, a widely followed monk of our times, was checking some notifications on his Laptop and there were a lot of people standing at the Entrance. The reason for it was a function held by them. There were some people whom he didn't know, there were some people whom he knew and would wave if they saw him. And there were his close friends who would have come upstairs if they saw him.
In the same manner the thoughts in our mind work. A million thoughts are occurring in our mind but some are those we should ignore, Some are those which are not as important at that time. And the last ones are important and helpful to us. So we should focus on the important thoughts. And neglect the rest.
