Indore is located in Madhya Pradesh, India. This city is famous for it's food. Let's put up light on one of them.
In the busy streets of Indore, there is a street known as Sarafa bazaar. There are a lot of street food shops, one of them is Joshi Dahi Wade Wale. They just sell Dahi vadas(a typical Indian dish made with curd) and bhutte ka kis (a Indian dish made of corns). The person who makes Dahi vadas is Joshi ji. He has a world record named after him. He puts curd on vadas and tosses it in air but not a single drop of curd is spilled, then he takes up some spices(masalas) altogether but when dropping them on to vada the spices come one by one.
