But there is an animated series that has mostly predicted the future and all their predictions came true! Its name is 'The Simpsons'. The Simpsons is an American animated series created by Matt Groening for the Fox Broadcasting Company.
This was a series depicting American Life. It had the Simpsons family which had Homer, Bart, Marge, Lisa and Maggie. It was a series based on fiction.
How Was the cartoon named 'The Simpsons'?
The producer of The Simpsons James Lawrence Brooks named the characters of the family after his own family name, he named Bart after his own name. He thought that 'Simpsons' sounded familiar to 'Simpleton' which means a person who acts foolish.
The Begning.
The first episode was streamed on December 17, 1989, for half an hour. The first season was ranked in the top 30. It was the longest-running American animated series. About 760 episodes were Streamed.

- Taking over Mars: In an episode of Simpsons, it was shown that in 2031 humans had made a civilisation on Mars. Surprisingly India has set a Mission to Mars known as Mangalyaan-2.
